Create a Podcast from your Blog in only minutes.Integrating Podopi with your blog or website is simple. Setup once and continue publishing content as you usual. We automate everything involved in running a podcast for you. When you post new content on your site, Podopi creates a podcast episode within minutes. Your content gets distributed to the directories you have submitted your podcast to.
Create a new Podcast
A Podcast is a collection of multimedia generated from your website’s text content. One Podopi account can hold many podcasts. Each podcast can fetch content from many feeds. You manage it all in an intuitive and modern web application with minimal effort.
- Submit your website using the form on podopi.com and follow the instructions. Use the “New Podcast”-page in the member portal if you are already a member.
- Optionally select the feeds you would like to use for sync. These can be changed later.
- Select langauge and an appropriate voice for your Podcast.
- You can now manually generate audio and video for existing blog posts.
- Enable “Feed Sync” and “Speech Synthesis” to automatically generate episodes from new posts/feed items.
Problems and Solutions
⚠️ No feeds could be found on my website.
Feeds are discovered by taking a look at your website’s HTML markup. Please make sure all your META-tags are in order. Use a
<link>-element to point us to your RSS feeds, like this:<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="Blog posts" href="/rss/blog_posts.xml" />⚠️ Fetched episodes lack cover images.
Images are fetched and downloaded from your website by looking at the HTML markup, similarly to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms. Use proper open graph-tags and images will start to show up, like this:
